Dogs-a-Jammin’ is open for tours by appointment Tuesday through Saturday from 3 to 3:40 pm.

Let us know if you need alternate days and times for your tour.

COLLAR & ID TAG

Snap collar with ID tag and County license for your pup where you reside (King or Snohomish County, for example)

Picture of your pup provided to us​

VACCINATIONS

Copy of current vaccinations or titer test(s) accompanied with veterinarian letter and, or:

  • Rabies or Rabies Booster Certificates
  • DHPP
  • Bordetella within last 12 months
  • Negative fecal report within last 6 months

CERTIFICATES

Spay or Neuter Certificate if your pup is over the age of 1​
